Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At JRS Handlooms, we take great care in ensuring that every saree and handloom product you receive is of the finest quality. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to take it back and issue you a full refund or replacement, as applicable.

Products are eligible for return only if they are in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or items damaged due to improper handling by the customer, will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please request by emailing đź“§ jrshandlooms@gmail.com or WhatsApp to the number 7032208834.
Include a detailed reason for the return along with clear photos and a complete unboxing video showing the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our nearest warehouse or partner facility where you can ship the product.

To ensure the safety of your return, please use a trackable courier service. JRS Handlooms is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

Upon receiving your return package, our team will inspect the product. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund confirmation email will be sent to the same email ID used during your purchase. The JRS Handlooms team will pay the return service cost paid by the customer after return approval.

Return Service Cost: Free cost as the JRS Handlooms team will refund back with the product price once it is approved.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Once your refund is approved, it is processed immediately from our end. However, banks or card issuers may take up to 7 working days to reflect the refund amount in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or UPI account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — sometimes refunds take time to post.
  3. Next, contact your bank.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders (within India): 2–6 business days
  • International Orders: 6–14 business days

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team at jrshandlooms@gmail.com.
(This excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping details or missed delivery attempts.)


ORDER TRACKING

All tracking numbers will be emailed to customers or WhatsApp as soon as the shipment details become available. You can use these details to track your order through the respective courier partner’s website.


WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you’ve entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us immediately at jrshandlooms@gmail.com.
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but once the order is shipped, changes are not possible.
JRS Handlooms will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


ORDER CANCELLATION

 Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.


INVALID REASONS FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS

The following reasons cannot be accepted for returns or refunds:

  • Buyer changes their mind after purchase.
  • Buyer finds the same product cheaper elsewhere.

Once an order is placed, the customer enters into a legally binding purchase contract with JRS Handlooms.
