At JRS Handlooms, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
1. Order Confirming & Processing:
- Once the order is placed. You will receive a notification about the order.
- Order confirmation and processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges:
- Within India: We offer free delivery on all orders.
- International Shipping: For all other countries we charge INR 2500 for the first kilogram (kg) and an additional INR 500 for every subsequent kilogram.
3. Delivery Time:
- Within India: Orders typically arrive within 5-12 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary based on the destination country, typically ranging from 6-14 business days.
4. Shipping Methods:
- We use reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Indian Post to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Delivery Attempts:
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided. In case the delivery is not successful, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
3. Transit Damage:
- We take utmost care to pack your orders securely. However, we do not take responsibility for any damage during transit. Fortunately, we have not encountered such issues so far.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway.
Return & Exchange Policy
At JRS Handlooms, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please ensure you record a complete unboxing video as it will be required to process any replacement. We offer exchange in the following conditions.
- We accept returns only for defective, damaged products only. Make sure you take a complete video of the unboxing.
- Please inform us of any damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
- Returned items must remain unused and in their original condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging with intact price tags, labels, and the invoice.
- Ensure that return packages are securely and adequately packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected by JRS Handlooms or our business partner. The process will depend on the payment method used.
- Refunds will be credited to the customer’s UPI, or card within 7 working days.
