Return & Refund Policy

1. Initiating a Return: Once your order is delivered, you do not have the option to initiate a return or request a refund directly from your account.
2. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 1 days of receiving your product.
3. Processing Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided no customization of the product has been made.
2. Refund Details: A refund will be issued for the full purchase price minus any applicable banking charges. This will be returned to the original bank account used for purchase.
3. Refund Timing: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
